Background
Challenges
As the client’s business expanded, their existing document management systems could no longer support the volume and growth projections of the company.
Several problems arose as a result:
The existing document management software could not be upgraded, delaying the availability of electronic documents required to verify and approve the funding of loans
Documents converted to digital formats were difficult to retrieve
Manual processing of documents in hard copy format from multiple sources was time-consuming and error-prone
System performance and system reliability was unstable, causing a drain on internal support resources

server/backend for data storage, the client could:
Migrate all previous data from the old software to the central server
Save multiple vendor documents digitally on servers
Eliminate manual data entry by using indexing modules which enabled staff to effortlessly index documents
Use the advanced search capabilities to archive documents for accurate batch exports
Implement an automation solution to capture large batches of documents and thus speed up capture workflow processes
Notify users when new and follow-up documents arrived for the specific deals they were working on
Email the underwriting team each week, thereby streamlining productivity
