Background

Our client was a global Fortune 750 company whose business involved institutional vehicle auctions and independent dealer vehicle floor plan financing. They sought to create an Automation Centre of Excellence and establish a scalable operating model to effectively deploy Robotic Process Automation (“RPA”) through the enterprise.

Challenges

The organization wanted to streamline automation output by implementing an Automation Centre Of Excellence and set up processes for Global Automation Pipeline Management. The timeline for the project was 12 weeks and the program was executed in 4 teams:
